Pri avtomobilskih komponentah se PA12, oja\u010dan s steklenimi vlakni (GF), uporablja predvsem v sistemih cevi za gorivo, avtomobilskih izparilnih sistemih in hitrih priklju\u010dkih. Trenutno imajo tehnologijo za brizganje PA12 in njegovih modificiranih materialov v glavnem tuja modifikacijska podjetja, kot so Arkema v Franciji, Evonik v Nem\u010diji in Ube Industries na Japonskem. \u010ceprav so bile opravljene doma\u010de raziskave smol PA12 in njihovih modificiranih materialov, na Kitajskem \u0161e ni industrijske proizvodnje smol PA12. Zato je cena materialov PA12 na Kitajskem \u0161e vedno zelo visoka, zato imajo raziskave in razvoj alternativnih materialov PA12 velik prakti\u010dni pomen. Stopnja kr\u010denja treh z GF oja\u010denih dolgoveri\u017enih poliamidov je enaka, stopnja absorpcije vode je nizka, kar se ne razlikuje veliko, vendar je videz izdelkov, brizganih iz materiala PA1012\/GF30, bolj\u0161i kot pri PA612\/GF30.<\/p>\n<p>(3) Glede na zmogljivost materiala in razmere pri brizganju je material PA1012\/GF30 najbolj ekonomi\u010dna alternativa materialu PA12\/GF30.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Material_Preparation\"><\/span><strong>Priprava materiala<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Surovini PA612 in PA1012 sta se 4 ure su\u0161ili pri 100 \u2103, ustrezni materiali pa so bili stehtani glede na razmerje masnih frakcij matrice smole, GF in antioksidanta 69,8% oziroma 30% 0,2%. Smola in antioksidant sta bila najprej dodana v navpi\u010dni me\u0161alnik in enakomerno preme\u0161ana, nato pa dodana v sousmerni dvosmerni iztiskovalnik. Nato se iztisnjeni trakovi ohladijo z vodo in posu\u0161ijo s su\u0161ilnikom za lase, peleti pa se granulirajo z granulatorjem.Temperatura dovajalnega dela ekstruderja je 230 ~ 250 \u2103, temperatura talilnega dela je 210 ~ 230 \u2103, temperatura glavnega dela je 230 ~ 250 \u2103, hitrost gostiteljskega vijaka pa je 350 ~ 380 vrt\/min.<\/p>\n<p>Ko se pripravljeni peleti posu\u0161ijo,
